The National Association of Former State Legislators (NAFSL) is a nonprofit, tax exempt charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations are tax deductible as allowed by law.
The NAFSL is registered with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. A copy of the official registration and financial information may be obtained from the Division of Consumer Services by calling 1-800-HELP-FLA toll-free within the state or go to www.fdacs.gov. Registration does not imply endorsement, approval, or recommendation by the state.
